Amanda measures the room at your house and designs the kitchen around it — and around how you actually cook.
Milano by Symphony cabinetry, doors, worktops and hardware, ordered by the person who designed the room.
Mike's team fits what Mike's team planned. No subcontractor you've never met.
Strip-out and disposal are part of the job — no skip to hire, no tip runs.
Electrics, plumbing, tiling and flooring arranged and sequenced by us.
From first call to handover, you ring One Stop — not a list of trades.
If something isn't right after handover, call us and we come back and fix it.

Planned to the drawer
Storage is designed around how you cook: lit drawers, inserts, pull-outs and corner solutions are part of the design from the first sketch — not an upsell at the end.

Worktops & finishes
Laminate, solid wood and stone-effect worktops — with handles, taps and lighting chosen together in the showroom, so the combination works in daylight before you commit to any of it.

At One Stop, the person who measures your room designs it, orders it and is on site when it goes in. There are no departments for the details to get lost between — the design conversation you have at your kitchen table is the one the fitters work from.
Forty displays at Clay Flatts, open six days a week, with the people who'll design and fit your kitchen standing in it. When you call, Cathy or Amanda picks up. No configurators, no hold music, no ticket numbers.
Your quote covers the fit, and we sequence it: strip-out, electrics, plumbing, units, worktops, tiling, flooring. You're never left finding your own tiler or refereeing between trades.

Milano by Symphony
One Stop is a Milano by Symphony retailer — Symphony is one of Britain's largest kitchen makers, and the Milano ranges are on display full-size in the Workington showroom rather than in a brochure.

FAQ
It depends on the size of the room, the door range, worktops and whether appliances are included. The free design visit ends with a clear written price — no obligation.
Typically it's measured in weeks rather than days — how many depends on the size of the kitchen and whether electrics, plumbing or flooring are changing. Either way, your start and finish date is confirmed in writing up front, before anything is ripped out.
Yes. Strip-out and disposal of your old kitchen are included in the job — you don't need a skip, and you don't need to clear the room yourself.
Yes. If your appliances are staying, Amanda measures them at the design visit and the new kitchen is designed around them — they're reconnected as part of the fit.
One Stop's own fitting team, led by Mike — with electrics, plumbing, tiling and flooring coordinated by us, so you have one number for the whole job rather than a list of trades to chase.
Yes — Milano by Symphony displays are full-size in the showroom at Unit 8, Clay Flatts Trading Estate, Workington. Open Monday to Friday 9am–4:30pm and Saturday 10am–2pm, with free parking and no appointment needed.
